Learn how to craft with your Cricut Today

Start By Un-Boxing Your Machine

Here you are, sitting in front of your wonderful machine. You know this grand box is full of possibilities because you have seen the beautiful items it can help you create. Maybe have imagined making projects, yes, the ones you have been marking on Etsy, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, and even YouTube. Perhaps you could not contain your joy when you took your machine out of the box and placed in on your table staring at it like it should produce the first piece for you. Or you opened the lid and possibly even turned it on trying to familiarize yourself with the pieces. After the adrenaline rush passed and you are faced with trying your hand at this Cricut thing you don’t know where to begin.

Where is the manual? How about some instructions on how to start?  Do you feel overwhelmed by the whole process? Are you afraid you will break it or be “no good at it”? We will stop your fear right in its tracks. You will be a great  crafter because you will take the easy steps to learn and build on your knowledge.

Unboxing Your Cricut Machine

Don't Be Afraid To Try

I remember getting my first die cutting machine, the Provo Craft and I was so scared of it that after examining it I stuck it back in the box and slid it under the bed where it stayed for three years. Could you believe that I would move the box around when I would vacuum and that was it? Did I craft? Yes, I used my scissors all the time because at the time I thought it was so much easier to spend countless hours on cutting by hand than learning how to use the machine hiding in my room. Thinking back, that was very silly however I hear similar stories almost every day.

Take Your Time

Today is the day we will break through our fear or uncertainty and tame our monster cutters. You don’t have to be an expert or even become an expert. You can learn and create at your own pace. This is your journey. So have fun and never stop learning and creating.
